If your company assists employees with short-term financial assistance during emergencies caused by disasters and/or unexpected hardships caused by significant medical emergencies or death, you may complete an application for assistance here.

Proper documentation must be provided in order for your application to be considered. Please review the information provided in the application form to ensure that you have provided all required supporting documentation. 

All applications are submitted to and reviewed by the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation and Greater Horizons one of the most well-respected, knowledgeable leaders on charitable giving in the nation. Communication regarding applications and grants will come from Greater Kansas City Community Foundation Corporate Services team directly. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
